o I understand that my child will, at an appropriate level, have opportunities to work with hand tools and small fires through the course of their Forest School work and may have the chance to cook and eat at Forest School.

o I understand that my child needs additional outdoor clothing for Forest School, as detailed in the Forest School kit list. Children who do not have appropriate clothing may not be able to take part for their own safety and wellbeing.

o During all stay & play and family sessions your child/ren remain under your supervision.

o In heavy rain or very dry spells it might not be possible to have a fire. In this case another snack will be provided.

Payment

Full payment must be made online or via BACS prior to the session to secure your booking.

Cancellation or changes by Wonderwood Explorers

Forest School sessions carry on in all weathers with exception to those that pose an adverse risk such as high winds and thunderstorms. In the event of high winds we may move the session to an open area or rearrange the date. If you can not make the new date a refund will be given.

Cancellation by yourself

Cancellation with the expectation of a refund must be made no later that 15 days prior to the booking date or first date of the series of bookings. This gives us time to fill the space. Cancellations made after 10 days will not be eligible to a refund but if we can fill the space from a wait list we will do all in our power to do this, this is not a guarantee but a would be a good will gesture. NB There are no refunds given for individual sessions missed during a series.

Inhalers/ Insulin/Epipens

If you or your child requires any of the above then the medication must be brought to the session/s for use in case of an emergency. If a child arrive with out his / her medication the session leader reserves the right to refuse entry to the session for the safety of them and the staff.

Privacy

Personal information stored on paper such as session registers will be destroyed after use. Your details will be stored on the Class4Kids site unless you deactivate your account. We will send out priority session links via Class4kids. Your email will not be added to your mailing list unless you sign up to do so.

On occasion we will take photos and short videos to help us share our offerings. We will also ask those in both the photos and videos permission before we share on our website or social media.
